這是一部以警匪相斗為背景的鬼怪片。影片講述了警官高天進(jìn)因涉嫌勾結(jié)黑道走私軍火，而遭到原來同事和部下沙鈿友等人的追捕。雙方追逐中二人因舊職不忍開槍相向。而此時(shí)沙鈿友不慎在香蕉林中救出了女鬼小蓮，這倒給二人解了難堪的困境。經(jīng)談判，沙限令高于一月之內(nèi)交出黑道頭目王天龍的所有犯罪資料便可洗清高之罪名。然而，警署并不同意沙鈿友的這種做法。警署幫辦沙鈿友的表哥認(rèn)為沙屢次辦事不爽，大為不滿，決定另派人經(jīng)辦此案。
氣憤之下，沙鈿友終日郁郁寡歡，只有女鬼小蓮不時(shí)安慰，為其解困，二人不知不覺日久生情，演繹出了一起人鬼之戀……
